As a German federal enterprise, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is a global service provider in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. The “Climate Change and Circular Economy” Team is part of GIZ India’s Cluster Environment, Climate Change and Biodiversity.

The CC & CE team supports government, citizens, civil society, private sector, and decision makers to build resilience to climate change and foster circular, resource efficient approaches, that contribute to a growing body of knowledge that improves understanding of the challenges of our times and provides evidence-based solutions.

We are committed to fostering a sustainable development model ensuring equitable access to resources for all. Our efforts align with global frameworks such as the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and the Indo-German Green and Sustainable Development Partnership.
